**Tattoo Gift Card Terms and Conditions**

1. **Expiration**: This gift card expires one calendar year from the date of purchase. All appointments must be booked within this timeframe.

2. **Custom Designs**: All tattoos are custom-designed in my style. Requests to copy art or tattoos by other artists will not be accepted, with the exceptions of text tattoos, common symbols, and pop culture characters.

3. **Non-Refundable**: Any remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable and must be used toward tattoos only.

4. **Non-Transferable**: This gift card is non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to another person.

5. **Appointment Booking**: Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

6. **No Cash Value**: This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. **Lost or Stolen Cards**: The business is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

8. **Usage**: The gift card must be presented at the time of the appointment to be used.

9. **Artist Specification**: This gift card is valid only for tattoos with Melissa Martell and cannot be used with any other artists.

10. **Retainer Policy**: The gift card can be used toward your non-refundable retainer, which is attached to your specific appointment date, time, and design. In case of cancelled or missed appointments, your retainer covers my lost time and income.

- If you need to reschedule, please inform me right away and no later than 72 hours in advance. Your retainer rolls over once with 72 hours' notice. Your second reschedule will require a new retainer to book.

- *Retainer fees for appointments booked from November 15th to January 15th are non-transferable.*

- If you reschedule, you must re-book within 24 hours. Reschedules cannot be left open-ended.

11. **Payment**: Any remaining payment for services is accepted via card, Apple Pay, cash, or Zelle, which facilitates direct payment between bank accounts. Zelle is built into most banking apps or can be accessed through the Zelle app.
